PIN-ARBOR CHUCKS
|
Jaw Pull-down Chucking in the quarter of century. In 1977, we developed jaw pull-down type PA for the durable and the performance improvement of conventional small size I.D. collet chucks, and in 1980 developed OPA for the finish processing of O.D. clamping workpieces. Since then, we are trying to develop the new-type jaw pull-down Design Chucks and propose to select our various jaw pull down formula design [e.g. the latest OPA-Swing Chucks and the Micro OPA etc.] |

Excellent form for jaws mounting. Employing the Grip-&-Draw mechanism, OPN power chuck allows efficient control of workpiece parallelism and thickness. In addition, the jaws feature excellent repeatability and inter-changeability. And the jaws formed by customers according to specific procedures can be mounted to any of the same size OPN chucks with high concentricity. @ @ |

SWING-OPA SWING PIN-ARBOR CHUCKS@@@@@ @PAT.P.@@@@@@@@@@@@
![]() |
Skip-Over Clamping for Irregular-Diameter Workpieces. OPA-Swing Chuck is designed to grip irregular-diameter workpieces in large-volume production. This new chuck employs a swing-clamping function in jaws of the high-precision draw-clamping-type OD Pin Arbor (OPA) chuck, so that it can skip over the larger-diameter end face of workpiece and hold the proper smaller-diameter gripping area accurately. The entire chuck design including the swing direction and angles can be determined according to individual workpiece and operating conditions. Also, not only skip-over clamping, but also side-insertion of workpiece is possible, allowing a wide range of selection for automatic workpiece loading.

MICRO-OPA | |

|
Small size PIN-ARBOR Chucks with built-in air cylinder for precise turning processing ! ‘ With the built-in air cylinder, concentricity become less than 0.005 TIR of chucking repeatability. ‘ Securely draws the workpiece into the stopper and acc- urately clamps it without horizontal deviations. ‘ Extremely suitable for high-speed turn because of light- weight jaw and supported by chuck body. ‘ MICRO-OPA is designed based on user needs and deliv- ered as the finished good. So the customer will be able to use MICRO-OPA reliably. |
